This one has to do with fantasy trades - keep this in mind as Week 1 approaches:

You want to send trade offers based on your leaguemates needs - NOT your want.

So many fantasy players get this wrong - they go into a trade worrying only about themselves - this is the wrong approach.

You want to analyze your leaguemates roster needs and send a trade that works for them (and of course yourself).

The best - and easiest - trades are the one’s that are a win-win for both parties.

Too often fantasy managers entire a trade negotiation thinking they have to be the winner - this is the wrong mindset and usually leads to no trade getting done.
