4 Players You Need to Stash in Fantasy

Stash these guys before your fantasy playoffs

Hey!

It’s that time of year to be stashing RBs with upside on your bench as the fantasy playoffs approach.

Here are 4 guys you should stash before Week 12:

#4 Jaylen Wright

He's operated as the Dolphins RB2 ahead of Raheem Mostert the past few weeks.

Mostert fumbled in Week 9 and since this point Wright has played ahead of him.

Here's what you need to know:

Wright is the Dolphins 4th round rookie. He's the Dolphins biggest back at 210 pounds and has elite 4.3 speed. Wright led college football in explosive runs last season.

In Week 5 - Wright saw an extended role when De'Von Achane left with a concussion. Wright handled 13 carries & averaged 6.6 yards per touch.

He has league-winning upside if Achane misses time.

#3 Jordan Mason

This one seems rather obvious - but Mason has been dropped in plenty of leagues.

Over his first 5 starts with McCaffrey out - Mason led the NFL with 21 carries per game.

Now I know what you're thinking - McCaffrey is back now Sal! Yes - of course - and he's earning over 90% of the snaps right now.

But our goal is to stash players who have league-winning upside if the starter goes down. And here's the thing...

We've already seen Mason have this upside earlier in the season.

McCaffrey is healthy now - but tendonitis is a finicky injury. It can flare up without any major signs of it coming on.

Mason is a stash and so is this next rookie:

#2 Blake Corum

Kyren Williams continues to have one of the best role in football.

Williams ranks 1st among all RBs with an 89% snap share this season. That's elite usage. But here's the thing...

Corum has been the only other RB to earn a snap or touch the past 6 games. He's the clear RB2 behind Williams.

This means if Kyren was to miss time (and he has every season) then Corum would be in line for workhorse usage.

Corum was one of the best RBs in college football the past 3 seasons. He's an experienced back who has great agility while running between the tackles.

Corum is a potential league winner in one of the games best offenses if Kyren was to miss time. Stash Corum & this next RB:

#1 Trey Benson

Benson is the Cardinals 3rd round rookie. He has impressive size and speed at 216 pounds while running a 4.39 40-time.

Benson set the college football broken tackle record in 2022. And he's continuing this in the NFL as he ranks 11th in broken tackle rate this season.

But that's not all...

Benson has looked good on his limited touches. He's averaging 5 yards per touch this season.

If James Conner was to miss time - there's a chance Benson could become a league winner. And the Cardinals have a Top 3 fantasy playoff schedule for RBs.

Stash Benson if you can...

That’s all for now gang
