Read this Before Week 14 begins...

Hey!

It’s a big week…

The fantasy playoffs come down to this week - and we have a crazy 6 teams on bye!

I want to make sure you’re all caught up on the important NFL news.

Here are 17 key takeaways to know for your fantasy leagues in Week 14:

#17 Breece Hall is doubtful

He didn’t practice all week with a knee injury.

Some reports have suggested this is a multi-week issue.Braelon Allen becomes a must start now – and you should stash Isaiah Davis too…

#16 Bucky Irving is questionable

He was able to practice on Friday after missing Wednesday/Thursday practices.

Irving is battling hip and back injuries. If he’s unable to go – Rachaad White becomes a must start & Sean Tucker is a FLEX option…

#15 Kenneth Walker is questionable

He practiced Wednesday but then missed Thursday/Friday.

This isn't good – Walker is trending to miss Week 14. Zach Charbonnet becomes a Top 10 RB if Walker is out…

#14 Malik Nabers is questionable

He couldn’t practice on Friday with a hip injury.

Nabers is getting an MRI to check the severity of this issue. Mid-week injuries are never good – he’s at risking of missing Week 14…

#13 Ladd McConkey is questionable

But he was able to practice all week.

Add Quentin Johnston or Kimani Vidal in case McConkey were to miss Sunday Night. But all signs currently point to him playing…

#12 CeeDee Lamb is trending to play

He was able to practice on Friday. Lamb is battling a nagging shoulder injury – even if he suits up he likely won’t be 100%.

Stash Brandin Cooks in case you need a Monday replacement…

#11 Jakobi Meyers is questionable

He popped up Thursday with an ankle issue - but practiced Friday.

Meyers is trending to play and is a Top 15 WR this week. He’ll take on the Bucs - who allow the 3rd most receiving yards per game…

#10 DJ Moore is questionable

But he was able to practice on Friday & is optimistic he’ll play.

Moore has averaged 10 targets per game the past 3 weeks with his new play caller. If Moore can’t go – Keenan Allen & Rome Odunze become stronger starts…

#9 George Pickens is questionable

He popped up on Friday with a hamstring injury.

Pickens still practiced in limited fashion – but this is a tad concerning. We need more information here – it’s unclear if this was a strain or not. Track this one closely…

#8 D’Andre Swift is questionable

And Roschon Johnson is out for the Bears.

Swift did practice on Friday – but if he was to miss Travis Homer would likely start. Homer averages 6.7 yards per touch in his career…

#7 Cedric Tillman is OUT

Jerry Jeudy & Elijah Moore are fantasy starters this week.

Jeudy has averaged 9.8 targets with Jameis Winston. And Moore averages 9.6 targets with Winston.

#6 DeVonta Smith is trending to play.

He practiced in full all week.

But he Eagles are 13-point favorites against the Panthers. Don’t expect a lot of pass attempts from Jalen Hurts…

#5 Alexander Mattison is questionable

And Zamir White has been ruled OUT.

Mattison was able to practice in limited fashion all week. Even if he plays – he’ll likely split work with Sincere McCormick…

#4 Keon Coleman is questionable

He practiced in limited fashion all week.

If he’s able to play – Coleman will face the Rams who allow the 6th most receiving yards per play. Coleman currently ranks 3rd in yards per reception this year...

#3 Dallas Goedert is OUT

Expect Grant Calcaterra to fill in.

In 3 starts without Goedert this year – Calcaterra averages 6.1 fantasy points on 3 targets per game…

#2 Dalton Kincaid is questionable

He practiced in limited fashion all week.

If he starts – Kincaid becomes a Top 15 option for Week 14. But you should still start Will Dissly & Cade Otton over him…

#1 DK Metcalf will play

He practiced in full on Friday after missing practice Thursday.

Metcalf has yet to finish as a Top 25 WR since returning from injury in Week 11. And this week he faces a Cardinals secondary that ranks Top 10 over their past 6 games…

That’s all for now gang!

Talk to you on Monday for the Week 15 waivers discussion!
