Week 15 - NFL News To Know
Read this Before Week 15 begins...
Hey!
It’s that time of the week again!
I want to make sure you’re all caught up on the important NFL news.
Here are 20 key takeaways to know for your fantasy leagues in Week 15:
#20 Kenneth Walker is doubtful
And Zach Charbonnet is trending to start for Seattle. He’s averages 27 fantasy points on 23 touches in 3 games without Walker this season…
#19 Breece Hall is questionable
He was able to practice in full on Friday. If he plays – expect some limitations. But if Hall is out – Braelon Allen & Isaiah Davis become FLEX options…
#18 Bucky Irving is questionable
He wasn’t able to practice all week - Irving is likely to miss this game. This makes Rachaad White a start & Sean Tucker a solid FLEX play…
#17 George Pickens is OUT
He’ll miss his 2nd straight game with a hamstring injury. Last week without Pickens – the Steelers rotated 5 WRs.
None of them topped 4 targets & now they face the Eagles #1 ranked secondary…
#16 Ladd McConkey is questionable
He practiced in limited fashion all week for the 2nd straight week. If active – McConkey is a must start. He’ll face the Bucs who allow the 3rd most receiving yards per game…
#15 Mike Evans will play
He missed practice on Wednesday & Thursday with a hamstring injury. But this happened last week & Evans ended up playing & earning 69 yards. I
Evans is a must start and Top 15 option this week…
#14 Josh Downs is questionable
He was able to practice in full on Thursday & Friday. Downs has earned 12+ fantasy points in 7 of his last 8 completed starts. He’s a start if active…
#13 Tony Pollard is questionable
He was able to practice in limited fashion on Friday. Pollard has earned 23+ touches in 2 of his last 3 games. And this week he faces the Bengals bottom-10 run defense…
#12 Justin Herbert is banged up
He didn’t practice on Wednesday but was able to on Thursday & Friday. Herbert is trending to play – and will face the Bucs.
They allow the 3rd most passing yards per game…
#11 D’Andre Swift hasn’t practiced
#10 And Roschon Johnson has missed practice this week.
If both guys are out – Travis Homer would start for Chicago. Homer averages 6.7 yards per touch in his career…
#9 David Njoku is questionable
He didn’t practice all week and is trending to be out.
#8 And WR Cedric Tillman is also out for Cleveland. Here’s what this means…
Jerry Jeudy & Elijah Moore are fantasy starters this week. Jeudy averages 9.5 targets without Tillman this year. And Moore averages 8.5 targets with Tillman out…
#7 Trey McBride will play
He was battling a knee issue but is off the final injury report. McBride will face the Patriots this week. New England ranks 22nd in coverage this season…
#6 Evan Engram is out for the year.
He’s undergoing season ending shoulder surgery. Brenton Strange will start at TE for the Jaguars.
He’s finished as a Top 10 TE in three of four games without Engram this year…
#5 Romeo Doubs will play.
He leads the Packers in deep catches per game. But now Doubs will face the Seahawks surging defense. Seattle now ranks 6th in coverage this year…
#4 Keon Coleman will play.
He’s missed the past 4 games with a wrist injury. Coleman ranks 3rd in yards per reception this season. He’s a deep league FLEX option this week…
#3 Dalton Kincaid is questionable.
But he practiced in full all week & is trending to play. Kincaid has earned 6+ targets in his last 6 completed starts.
He’s a solid play in a game with the highest projected point total of the year…
#2 Aidan O’Connell hasn’t practiced.
He’s highly questionable for Monday Night Football. If O’Connell is out – Desmond Ridder will start. But whoever is at QB you can still start Brock Bowers & Jakobi Meyers…
#1 Austin Ekeler remains on IR
Jeremy McNichols operated as the RB2 in Week 13 for the Commanders. Chris Rodriguez mostly played in garbage time in their last game.
If you’re in a real deep league – it’s McNichols over Rodriguez…
That’s all for now gang!
Talk to you on Monday for the Week 15 waivers discussion!
